• Architecture: Spearheaded transition to Monorepo/Turborepo by identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the current multiproject architecture, cutting CI overhead by another 60-600% , streamlining cross-project development and drastically improving developer experience
• Performance: Enhanced listing page performance by resolving memory leaks and redundant re-rendering patterns. Reorganized data-fetching strategies to reduce server load by 15% and significantly decrease Time to Interactive (TTI)
